wubblers websiteguys, i am shutting the wubblers website down due to lack of funds and interest, when i say lack of funds...i mean me and tanya pay for it!would u like me to point our URL to dubpounds site? should generate a bit more traffic your way. Our page hits are about 50 or so per day, and has a good ranking on google etc. Would be a shame to just waste it, and i own the address for another few years, just gonna let the webhosting lapse as i gotta start watching me pennies! I dunno who does your website, but his input would be appreciated. George |

Im a bit surprised to hear this but i don't blame you. Why should you and Tans be paying.
Will wait and see what happens. Everyone is always welcome on this site anyways so hopefully if the website does get shut down its not going to be to devistating to the people. |

LOL, nah, only good old richard in his dented 1303 replied to my plea, i left the message on there over a week, nobodys bothered as far as i can see. also have been asking for website funds for over a year to be taken from club bank account, which apparantly we do have, and nowt happened.
on the up side, your clubs well together, and should drive some more traffic and members your way. its dead embarrasing for me, loadsa peeps find me at work asking where the club meets and when do we go away etc etc, and i aint got nothin to say to em, cuz i dont know! lol They might turn up once or twice but theres no real club to speak of like there was at the beginning, not really sure why, i mean, u get personal clashes in every club, and Lou tries real hard, but gets fuck all thanks for it. and i feel bad for her. I try to stay out of arrangin shit cuz im a bossy twat, and just stick with doin the website and sortin em out cheapo tests and lettin them use my ramps and kit when needs be. There were a few relationship breakdowns with our guys i think that might have contributed. Also there was a venue change, which not everyone was happy with, which james from our club sorted really well, and done a great job, but nobody actully commented against it on the forum, just moaned when it came to it, i think im a moan attractor! Tanyas ready to POP! and we'll be on the downlow this years season i spect, so could do without the hasstle, Lou's havin to sell the bug, so she could prob do with a year off too! lol.we'll see if anyone takes ownership and ill set it all back up again, but i aint payin for hosting, u get some that do and some that dont in every club but i really gotta watch my pennies now

Yeh its a shame Wubblers started off really well and i thought it would carry on that way.
I remember loads of people turning up to the meets and i would of thought that the new venue would of been good instead of the cold car park. Food, drink and warmth what more could you want??? I do feel for all of you that have put so much into the club and not really received much thanks or grattatude doesn't really give you much reason to keep going. Thing what we find is that most people hibernate in the winter and when then show season starts everyone starts getting interested again, i think most clubs go quiet. What about Adz hes always at the meets and shows now, does he not want to take it over hes been doing a good job of it lately? and it still seams there are always about 5 or so people interested surley it will pick up again.. Good luck to you and Tans and i will be awaiting the news of the little arrival  so exciting.
You will find that you won't have much time at all for the first few months it totally turns your life around lol. So i think its a good thing about the club in a way for you coz your gonna have so much else going on. You gotta watch the pennies dude. We are the same at the mo just moved into a new place and got bills for everything, we are waiting for our gas bill which were not looking forward to coz when we moved in the heating was on full blast for the first month really so think we're going to cry. lol 
Well i really do hope something happens to save the wubblers it would be a real shame for it to go down the pan but depends if anyone wants to step up to the challenge, lets hope so. |

Sorry g-man, i should have posted on your thread but to be honest i didnt because my comments would have been negative and i didnt think that would really help. No one posts on the site apart from a couple of us from time to time (always the same people although quite a few people lurk??) so whats the point, you might as well save your dosh. Trying to get a conflab going on there is like trying to get blood out a stone...its a real shame. I for one was all for the new meeting spot but i couldnt make the initial meet due to rehersals. I guess there isnt going to be a second

nice one guys, and theres no hard feelimgs against anyone, and it does go quite over winter, crags, your always there to help members with all sortsa shit, and your input is always appreciated, but your totally right man  this forum seems a bit more used if u know what i mean, so those peeps who were using the other forum may as well use this one and join in if they want to, our forum is still live tho, and always will be, but its hard for the new comers, and they all seem to know where i work! and i really dunno what to tell em.
Who knows , maybe Adz will start a "SUB WUB DUB CLUB" and maybe it should meet down the PUB! And im sure itll all be JUB...ley 
Anyway, ive noticed that the url forwarder has kicked in so www.wubblersdubclub.com now points to www.dubpound.co.uk maybe u can pop a "gloucester forum" button on your new website(or forum) pointing to http://vwubbleu.proboards80.com/index.cgi as the message boards are free and still in slight use;) then no one can really complain to me about nowt. Oh well, Tanya looks like shes swallowed 50 bottles of cheap pop and someones shook her up! but the suns out, its sunday, every battery in every dub bar the pissrat are dead, bugs orf the road, porkers orf the road, looks like im gonna have to mosey round the house and do a few things hmmmm ive been totally clean for nearly 48 hours...not like me...fook it...im orf to work to play on summut dirty

haha g u nub, i mean nob, lol its tru tho, a shame no doubt, and with the forum still going at least the regulars will stil be able to chat and sort mini convoys to other meets/shows. ive replied less on ther as like crags said no1 bloody talks lol. well i come to a few dubpound meets and theyre wicked so hopefully evry1 else will be made to feel just as welcome, i can hardly think they wouldnt! and i wouldnt argue your decision 1 bit. i'd like to take over the wubblers but im not sure in the long run thers much that canb bring it back to life? see you all soon

2 of our friends Luke & Lauren popped over last night with their new son, met em at anti natal, has an orange phat slammed mk1, practically took the sump off driving into the hospital in labour!! i didnt think about that, think im gonna pop the passat up a few "splines" ! |

lol Oh yes i remember them god awful speed bumps in labour. My mum was driving me in her standard Lupo and the speed bumps felt like mountains as we bounced over them way to fast. My advice is drive like a demon to the hossy but when you get there slow over the bumps lol Coz they bloody hurt. |
