The new family wagonthis is my new family wagon
needed a "normal" car as the missis was getting a bit fed up with drivin the wedge  so after a bit of searching i managed 2 pick this up  and as i didnt have alot of cash 2 spend and i wanted alot of car 4 my money,im pretty chuffed with it
its a "92 B3 passat 2.8 VR6 auto,with all the toys and full leather and with VW only bringing in 29 UK RHD models its quite rare too

Borbets wont fit dude without adaptors,the VR is 5x100 and the mk2 golf is 4x100,hard 2 get adaptors too as i "think" no one sells them as Almo had 2 have some made 4 his caddy.i "think"

haha,yeh it does tank along quite nicley suprised some kiddy in a A3 2day,which was quite funny
and it clears 27 MPG everyday and i saw 31 MPG the other day,not bad i thought 4 a big VR auto barge
would have loved a mulberry VR6 golf but funds wouldnt allow it and being practical,i have 2 dogs so i really needed an estate
Steve,as 4 lots of potential  funds at the mo mean im gunna have 2 leave it alone at the mo but hopefully after xmas/new year it will have some collies and D90's  but need 2 sort my aircooled first

I think they do, do them in 5x100 as a lad on the Skod forum had a set forsale a while back - Do you mean the Borbet A's, the deep dish 5 spoke badboys? You can get 4x100-5x100 adapters quite easily but they are pricey £150 minimum if I remember correctly |

http://www.concept-wheels.be/wheel-adapters/index.htm but i couldnt find a uk site but i didnt look that hard and i know u can get 5x100 borbet A's but there r quite rare or expensive(found a set though http://the-corrado.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=73507) and as Yud already has them on the mk2 i didnt know wot he was planning

Will's ,d90's do look shite on bays IMO,but look gd on passats when in the weeds(rap) and if i dont like 'em u can have 'em :lol:the 'rat needs a filter though

I may have a pipercross filter kicking around if your intersted? I had a full magnex with de-cat, pipercross induction kit and chipped in my old VR and was the best sounding car I had! Used to pop flames when I really booted!

Not sure what I want for the filter, I bought it for my Golf anni for about £100 brand new and only had it on there for about 4-5 months! So it's still like brand new! Make me an offer (might be best we check it fits too!) Callum |
