Spluttering / HickupsHey Guys,
I've been noticing for a while now, that Sashaa be hickuping a bit and has brief moments of powerloss (we're talking split second) - but today, don't know if its anything to do with a momentus amount of rain or just a culmination of everything, but she wouldn't even idle without conking out.
Had to rev her loads coming back from work.
I thought it might be timing or something to do with the mix in the engine?
Did some googlzinggg and people have mentioned a leaky/dirty carb but i dont got the knowhow to know what the feck is going on.
Also, lookin to get some new sparkplugs but woudlnt have the faintest idea where to start regarding changes.

Nick i got mine from Bream (I can show you the plugs i got and they cost me 2squids each, although they've yet to be fitted....)
But I remember for Tim's cruise last year mine started doing something like that and after the pimp had a gander it turned out to be the rotor arm in the dizzy....and the time before that when it was doing it the dizzy was cracked and I needed a new one......just a thought. Obviously it might be something completely different........these are vw's and I have completely NO IDEA! ahhahaah[/code]
