Get some adapters for your wheels but make sure your offset will work!
As for lowering, if your not sure what your doing then it may be best to get someone else to do it.
I cant really recommend anyone local as i have not had anywork done personally but Duncun at Duncs Dubs (i think) on eastern ave in Gloucester seems like a decent guy so maybe he might be a good place to try?

LoweringI have a 71 bay too and have just fitted the red9 coilovers and adjusted to give a 3" drop. It took me about 4 hours in total to fit and you dont need a lot of mechanical experience, just common sense. Well pleased! Also my 7x15 wheels fit nice with 205/60/15 tyres. About half inch clearance on the rear arch sides so be careful with the spacers.
Check this site out for a tyre calculator, standard tyres are 185/80/14 (standard tyres are not profiled (80s) but it is a close estimate as most truck tyres are 80% wall size) if that makes sense.
