Gauging interest? 1968, 1500bugIm thinking about selling hank
i really dont want to but im not sure a bug is really for me and id quite like to spend a bit of money on the jetta.
I'll take some up to date pictures soon.
1968 'on the road project'
hes got 11months MOT on him and tax free but 11months tax too
Hes an original 1500 with discs up front, 1500 engine and gearbox.
Hes also got twin solex carbs on kadron manifolds which are some of the easiest carbs to set up and adjust although they run pretty sweet at the mo.
oh and of course his sexy stinger exhaust!
deseamed, flush doors and smooth dash all sprayed in satin black with yellow detailing here and there.
Sloping wings and headlamps with yellow lenses (brushed on so doesnt look great lol)
slammed on his arse, think its 2and a half splines at the rear
adjustable and slightly narrowed front beam
centreline wheels with 145/65/15s up front and 195/65/15s at the rear.
the bad bits:
all windows are included but not all fitted, it also comes with window tint as i was going to tint them all.
no carpets included
interior needs putting back in (was going to do this after the windows wer in)
comes with full w decklid (fibreglass) but needs a bit of fixing on one of the hinges so is currently not attatched.
not sure on price really, if i couldnt get a decent amount id finish him off and put him back up for a bit more, but let me know what you think

ah might call on your expertness dude! its a biatch cos the bottom window lip thing is a bit rough and it scags the rubbers,
whers the best place to get rubbers from? already ruined one
