Campsites ??Any good campsites near you guys? A few mates are looking for somewhere local to try out there campers and we are all going to the coleford classic show on bnk holiday monday so looking for somewhere to chill for a few nights over weekend?

hey rach, good little campsite up at tidanam chase past the quad bike center,vans r 7 quid a night,got showers n toilets, lovely views and no hassels i go up alot in the summer at weekends its worth a look...??

a mate of mine has bought the orepool in sling, and it'l be open by the time of the carnival of transport.
theres a campin area there, might be worth a look.

The CSMA in parkend looks alright, no idea on the pricing (or if you have to be a member, or even if its open!)

All are only a little drive to the Carnival of transport.

Cheers guys found us a campsite near coleford .. christchurch /bracelands feel free to join us if your at a lose end a few beers and bbq then off to the show on monday

I don't care to recall how many people have owned that place...
I worked there, 'refurbing' it for the last owners when they wanted to make it look like a cafe.
I hate places that have no character like that. They brought in a smoking before the actual law was brought in
not that it's any use, but there's a farm in Drybrook that let's people camp.

I know what you mean about the Orepool, it was my local for a few years, I actually preferred it when it was still spit & sawdust in there, it really doesn't have any character any more!
I could be a cool place in the right hands, just needs sorting out!!
