Air balloon meet this sunday 15th marchI know some of the new peeps are going to this already, just though i'd post it up here so if anyone else wants to go you have all the info.Hope you don't mind Phelpo but just copied and pasted your post? 
Though it was only fair that you guys could still arrange your meets and stuff, just because its not in the forest its still local really. 
'They have kindly confirmed that we can meet at the Air Balloon at 4.00 PM on the third Sunday of each month (with a couple of exceptions, see below). We are welcome to use the overflow car park and all of the facilities that they have to offer. They have also suggested that if we wish to organize a bigger one-off event in the summer then we can have use of the adjoining field, and possible permitted use for BBQs, music etc. She also confirmed that we could invite other clubs to join us Important information for meets: We should keep our parking contained within the overflow car park which is located just inside the main entrance on the left hand side. We have been asked that anyone wishing to have a meal in the pub before 5.00pm should reserve a table at the bar on arrival as the tables are generally still busy at this time(due to their current meal deal, 2 meals for £9.50). The manager has said that they will always try to accommodate us. After 5.00 it is quieter and you can get a table easily. Food Is ordered from the bar and they have a menu for meals and light snacks i.e chips (£1.95) etc. Any drinks we buy can be taken out to the car park/seating area as long as empties are returned. We are of course welcome to sit in the bar area. In the summer there is an outside bar with loads of seating. I'm sure that this goes without saying, but the venue should be respected by all members and any bad driving/behavior would jeopardize the future of the club meeting here. We have confirmed with the Air Balloon a provisional list of dates for 2009. They have told us that the June and December dates fall on Fathers day and Christmas. Therefore we have amended these dates to the Sunday before. It will be interesting to see how many peeps manage to turn up to what is pretty much a make or break meeting for the club

I know it is short notice but a few of us are planning to attend this tomorrow.
Meeting at Coleford car park (Opposite the shell garage) at 2.30pm. Thought we would go and show our support for the wubblers and help out in any way that we can. Besides it an excuse to get your cars/vans out and go for for a nice Sunday afternoon cruise.

Going to get a new car in the morning so if it's any good and we make it back rach and me will be there.
