Recently bought a MK1 Golf GTI in lhasa green, good honest example and nice and original, apart from the alloys which I'm selling seperately. It's a rare non-sunroof model and comes with a new MOT.
The old chap that i had it from claims the mileage is genuine 64K, but lost the paper work sometime ago Car comes with current MOT and i believe him to be genuine. Original 1800cc GTI engine with no modifications.
Seats are in exceptional condition. I have a set of original 9 spoke 'tarantula' alloys to go on these to bring it totally back to standard. I will also be repraying the grille surround in mars red as its currently quite tatty looking.
She needs a set of side decals - which can be sourced cheaply by myself. The doors have been replaced at some point and are not an exact colour match as seen on the picture.
This is not mint, but exremely solid without the usual mk1 rot. With a 'blow over' this would be mint and certainly exteremely rare.
Asking price £1350 o.n.o which is a bargain and a good investment.
I will ad more pics later.
